Is a contemporary British artist, born in Liverpool. He originally studied for a BSc in Metallurgy, however after graduating he spent a decade travelling and working around the world, he returned to the UK, to study Fine Art, specifically a BA (Hons), in sculpture and painting, followed by a Postgraduate in Education.
He has had portrait paintings exhibited at The National Portrait Gallery (London), Scottish National Portrait Gallery (Edinburgh), as part of the BP Portrait Prize, the Williamson Art Gallery and Museum (Birkenhead), he has also been selected, highly commended and then shortlisted for, the Ruth Borchard Self-Portrait prize in 2021 & 2023 respectively.
His sculptures have been exhibited in the McLellan Gallery (Glasgow) and the Bury Art Gallery & Museum, as part of The Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and Manchester Academy of Fine Arts annual exhibitions
